A Tennessee guy is dealing with government fees after presumably displaying a weapon at militants previously this month, with district attorneys revealing problems regarding his “need to devote an act of mass physical violence,” according to court papers.
Elijah Millar, 19, of Murfreesboro, Tennessee, was billed Friday with illegal ownership of a weapon, the Justice Division revealed. He confronts 15 years in government jail and an optimum penalty of $250,000 if founded guilty.
According to district attorneys, Millar, worn all-black clothes and using a mask, challenged demonstrators at a “No Kings” objection near Nashville’s Bicentennial Shopping mall on June 14.
Witnesses reported that Millar altercation at militants, chewed out them, and sported a Sig Sauer 9mm gun prior to being collared by Metropolitan Nashville Cops Division policemans, the DOJ claimed.
Simply 3 days after being launched on bond, Millar was detained once again when Murfreesboro Cops Division policemans found one more packed 9mm weapon in his waist, authorities claimed.

Court papers claimed Millar was formerly based on a 2023 emergency situation conservatorship order in Rutherford Area, Tennessee, which forbade him from having weapons after locating he was “in jeopardy of considerable damage to his wellness, safety and security, and well-being.”
A succeeding order in September 2024 assigned him as a “handicapped individual requiring treatment” and better limited his accessibility to weapons.

On Sunday, district attorneys advised the court to maintain Millar captive, mentioning social networks articles and online task that recommended “a wish to devote an act of mass physical violence.”
The case comes amidst enhanced stress at “No Kings” demonstrations across the country. In a different case on the exact same day in Utah, a demonstration transformed fatal when a safety and security volunteer unintentionally fired and eliminated a demonstrator while reacting to one more armed person that presumably came close to the group with a rifle.
The situation is being checked out by the FBI’s Nashville Area Workplace, the Metropolitan Nashville Cops Division, and the Murfreesboro Cops Division.
