Christopher Moynihan, 34, of Clinton, was jailed Saturday and billed with making a terroristic risk, cops claimed. He is the very first absolved Capitol rioter to be jailed over declared political physical violence.
He showed up in the Community of Clinton Court where he was remanded to the Dutchess Region Justice and Shift Facility instead of $10,000 cash money bond, cops claimed.

Jeffries, D-N.Y., claimed in a statement Tuesday that he is “happy to state and government police for their swift and crucial activity to nail a hazardous person that made a legitimate fatality risk versus me with every purpose to bring it out.”
