Greater than 100 canines were saved from an obvious pup mill in a North Carolina home, where they were maintained in “outright problems,” according to a sanctuary.
Most of the canines are being dealt with for skin and oral problems in addition to some with “matted filthy hair” coming off in “stacks,” the SPCA of Wake Area stated in a message on social media sites Friday.

The sanctuary stated it reacted to a home together with Raleigh Pet Control to help in eliminating the canines on Thursday.
